We all have customers who we value. The question is, do we really look after them as they deserve? There is a danger that we take them for granted because we have a comfortable working relationship. My tip is keep in touch on a regular basis, not just when they are using your services. Customers are people and people like to feel appreciated and valued. Go on, give them a call, if only for a chat.
